Before booking with Wisdom of Dance (may be further referred to as “WoD”, “us”, and/or “our”), Clients (may be further referred to as “client” and/or “you”) should read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If Clients are unable to agree with the Terms and Conditions, they must not Book or attend the services offered by Wisdom of Dance. If, however, the Client agrees to the Terms and Conditions unconditionally, they may Book and attend the services offered by Wisdom of Dance subject always to these Terms and Conditions. Booking or attending Wisdom of Dance workshops or lessons shall indicate the Client’s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Wisdom of Dance may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended Terms and Conditions on the Site. The version of the Terms and Conditions that applies to the services offered by Wisdom of Dance shall always be the version enforced at the time the services offered by Wisdom of Dance were Booked.
Pricing and Payment
Individual workshop participation: this is in regards to individual persons (one) joining an already created workshop. Payment is made per person and is subject to change with every workshop depending on different factors. Payment for workshop is not based on a name registration so purchase can be passed onto another.
Bespoke workshop planning: all pricing for organising a workshop for yourself or your company is displayed in the shop section to the best of our knowledge in the shop section of the website. Initial meetings and schedules are displayed and charged at a flat rate. Further workshop details and work is depending on multiple factors that will be discussed in your initial meeting with us. Price of the initial meeting will be subtracted form the final workshop price once it is designed and approved. No refunds for the meetings. Once the workshop plan is accepted a minimal charge will need to be paid.
Occupational therapy sessions: all aspects of these i.e. time, place and price must be discussed and agreed with Jane prior to the session. Jane reserves the right to refuse an Occupational Therapy session and refer a client to another therapist or organisation based on the individual circumstances of each specific case.
Private dance lessons: pricing displayed for private dance lessons are based on an individual student (one) or a couple (two) joining for the lesson. Additional payment must be made for every extra person or couple joining the lesson. Contact Benny for more information on pricing for group classes. The price displayed for each private dance lesson covers a time frame of 60min that must be scheduled in advance.
Promotional products: all items displayed in the shop will be set with a specific price. There is no negotiation and standard processing, shipping, handling, and taxes will be added as needed at the end of your purchase. Items displayed will be as close to the image as possible but there may be minor differences in the final product. Wisdom of Dance is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the items once it has been shipped out.
Accepted method of payment is through bank transfer. Either contact us or make a purchase through our shop page in order to book your product or service. Payments in the shop are available through PayPal, Credit Card, and Bank Transfer. Some of the items allow for the option of paying in cash upon arrival. Please inquire further for those options. Note that Wisdom of Dance is not responsible for any discrepancies that may occur due to any of these payment methods and reserves the right to ask for an additional payment if any charges occur through the transfer method.
Individual workshop participation: In order to secure your spot in a workshop payment has to be made up to 48hrs (two days) prior to the workshop. Cash on arrival or payments made within this 48hrs window do not guarantee you a spot in one of the workshops. Workshop registration and booking is based on a first-come first-serve basis with a set number of spaces available for each workshop based on different variables such as location, time, length, etc.
Bespoke workshop planning: once you have made a purchase through the shop of one of the introductory meetings for bespoke workshops, you will be contacted within 72hrs (three days) in order to schedule a meeting acceptable to both parties. Otherwise, use the contact form and additional payment methods will be provided. Please note that Wisdom of Dance reserves the right to decline Cash on arrival payment for these meetings. Additional meetings and planning sessions will be scheduled and booked individually on an as-needed basis, taking your final deadline into consideration.
Occupational therapy sessions: sessions can be booked individually or in different package options, depending on your needs. Sessions are booked directly with the therapist. All sessions are liable to therapist and location availability. Once a request for an Occupational Therapy session has been made through the shop you will be contacted within 72hrs (three days) in order to discuss your needs and schedule your first session if agreed. Additional sessions can be scheduled directly with your therapist.
Private dance lessons: lessons can be booked individually or in a package, depending on your needs. All lessons are liable to instructor and studio availability. Once a purchase has been made through the shop you will be contacted within 72hrs (three days) in order to schedule the first lesson. Additional lessons can be scheduled directly with your instructor.
Private lesson package consists of 5 (five) sessions. These packages are only valid for 3 (three) months. All lessons must be taken within the allocated validity time.
Cancellations and Refunds
Individual workshop participation: if you are unable to attend a workshop for any reason it is possible for Wisdom of Dance to offer an alternative workshop when one is available in the future. If Wisdom of Dance is able to offer an alternative workshop and you choose not to accept the alternative that is offered then you are NOT entitled to a refund. Please be aware that Wisdom of Dance is under no obligation to offer alternative or replacement workshops. If the workshop is attended, even in part, there will be no refund options.
Bespoke workshop planning: cancellation for bespoke workshop meetings must be made up to 72hrs (three days) in advance in order to get full refund. If cancellation is made within this time or we are not informed of it, there will be no refund. Please note that Wisdom of Dance has the right to charge you travel fees for our instructors if travel arrangements had been made and paid for, for the time specified. Once the bespoke workshop has been completed and scheduled, cancellations must be made up to 7 days (1 week) in advance to ensure all participants are informed of this cancellation. Any additional costs that may arise with the creation of the workshop including, but not limited to, additional staff, instructors, equipment, promotional and marketing materials, etc. needs to be paid before the final workshop is booked. You have the right to request further changes to your workshop plan, within reason, if not satisfied. No refund will be provided if workshop is cancelled at ANY TIME after the full workshop plan has been provided to you. Please note that Wisdom of Dance reserves the right to charge you additional fees and/or take legal action if you were provided with a workshop plan and chose not to do it with us.

Variations to scheduled workshops
On some rare occasions it may be necessary to make alterations to the date, time, instructor, or venue locations of our workshops in order to operate effectively. All Clients will be notified of any such changes as soon as is reasonably possible. Any such change(s) shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give you the right to terminate the agreement. Bespoke workshop locations will be discussed with you beforehand. Wisdom of Dance is not liable if the venue for the location is unavailable at the time of the booking. We will be able to help with, but are not required, to find a new venue to provide your workshop in.
If Wisdom of Dance is required to change the venue for a particular class due to circumstances beyond our control then we ask you to be reasonable in accepting an alternative venue.
Wisdom of Dance will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the venue shall be the venue indicated upon original booking, but where this is not possible, Wisdom of Dance reserves the right to procure the use of other venue(s), provided that Wisdom of Dance shall give you notice of any such change(s) as soon as is reasonably possible. Any such change(s) shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give the client the right to terminate the agreement.
